Ghost Empire 포털(이하: 포털)에서 귀하의 개인정보 관리자는 Gh0s77tt입니다 — Twitch, Kick, Discord에서 활동하는 스트리머. GDPR 문의: Discord 서버 discord.gg/deAPJ9Ym2F를 통해 — 관리자에게 보내는 직접 메시지.

OAuth(Twitch / Discord)로 로그인하면 포털은 다음을 받습니다:

• ▸귀하의 이메일 주소(Twitch 또는 Discord 계정에서)
• ▸귀하의 닉네임(username)과 표시 이름
• ▸귀하의 아바타(이미지 URL)
• ▸귀하의 플랫폼 ID(Twitch User ID, Discord User ID — 고유 식별자)
• ▸OAuth 액세스 토큰 및 리프레시 토큰(세션 유지 및 데이터 갱신용)
• ▸귀하의 채널 구독 상태(API로 이용 가능한 경우)

포털을 이용하는 동안 다음도 수집합니다:

• ▸Discord 메시지 수와 음성에서 보낸 시간 — Discord 봇이 전송
• ▸Ghost Tokens 거래 내역(획득, 사용, 후원)
• ▸획득한 업적, 완료한 퀘스트, 상점에서 구매한 항목
• ▸관리 작업에 대한 요청 IP(감사 로그, 보안 목적)
• ▸Donation data (donor name, amount, optional message) received via Streamlabs / YouTube / PayMedia webhooks
• ▸Shipping & contact details (full name, address, phone, email, parcel locker) — only if you choose to save them to claim a physical reward; stored encrypted and with your explicit consent
• ▸Web-push subscription (if you enable notifications) and passkey credentials (if you register one), to deliver notifications / passwordless sign-in

• ▸인증: 로그인 및 세션 유지(GDPR 제6조 1항 b호 — 계약 이행)
• ▸Ghost Tokens 경제: 보상 지급, 구매 이행, 랭킹 유지
• ▸구독자 식별: Twitch/Kick 구독자에게 추가 기능 부여
• ▸보안: 관리 작업 감사 로그, 속도 제한, 악용 탐지(제6조 1항 f호 — 정당한 이익)
• ▸커뮤니케이션: 포털 내 알림(예: 경품에 당첨되었습니다)

• ▸Vercel Inc.(미국) — 포털 호스팅. 표준 계약 조항(SCC)
• ▸Supabase Inc.(프랑크푸르트, EU) — 데이터베이스. eu-central-1에서 호스팅
• ▸Twitch Interactive Inc. 및 Discord Inc. — OAuth 제공자, 인증용
• ▸Streamlabs, PayMedia, YouTube, Steam — donation / super-chat processing and game-stat lookups
• ▸Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processing for portal subscriptions (Standard Contractual Clauses), where enabled
• ▸Emote CDNs (7TV / BTTV / FFZ) — rendering chat emotes (images only, no personal data)
• ▸마케터에게 데이터를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다

If you sign in with Google, we request the youtube.readonly scope solely to read your YouTube channel's public handle and title at sign-in, so we can show your channel identity on your profile and in the ranking. We do not store your YouTube content, nor share or use this data for any other purpose. Ghost Empire's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

권리를 행사하려면 — Ghost Empire Discord 서버의 관리자에게 메시지를 보내세요. 30일 이내에 답변합니다.

우리는 다음을 사용합니다:

• ▸모든 트래픽에 HTTPS(TLS 1.3)
• ▸HSTS preload(2년간 강제 HTTPS)
• ▸Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, Permissions-Policy 헤더
• ▸공개 엔드포인트에 속도 제한
• ▸경제 작업을 위한 원자적 데이터베이스 트랜잭션
• ▸모든 관리 작업에 대한 IP 포함 감사 로그
• ▸OAuth 비밀번호는 저장하지 않습니다 — 토큰만 사용합니다
• ▸Sensitive data (OAuth tokens, shipping details) is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)

포털은 기술 쿠키(NextAuth 세션)만 사용합니다 — 작동에 필수적입니다. 추적 / 마케팅 / 분석 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.

변경 사항을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 주요 변경은 Discord에 공지됩니다. 변경 발효 후 포털을 이용하는 것은 변경에 동의함을 의미합니다.
