Ghost Empire ポータル（以下：ポータル）におけるあなたの個人データの管理者は Gh0s77tt——Twitch、Kick、Discord で活動する配信者です。GDPR に関する連絡先：Discord サーバー discord.gg/deAPJ9Ym2F 経由——管理者へのダイレクトメッセージ。

OAuth（Twitch / Discord）でログインすると、ポータルは次を受け取ります：

• ▸あなたのメールアドレス（Twitch または Discord アカウントから）
• ▸あなたのニックネーム（ユーザー名）と表示名
• ▸あなたのアバター（画像 URL）
• ▸あなたのプラットフォーム ID（Twitch User ID、Discord User ID——一意の識別子）
• ▸OAuth のアクセストークンとリフレッシュトークン（セッション維持とデータ更新のため）
• ▸あなたのチャンネルのサブスクリプション状態（API 経由で利用可能な場合）

ポータルの利用中、次も収集します：

• ▸Discord のメッセージ数とボイス滞在時間——Discord ボットから送信
• ▸Ghost Tokens の取引履歴（獲得、消費、寄付）
• ▸獲得した実績、完了したクエスト、ショップで購入したアイテム
• ▸管理操作のリクエスト IP（監査ログ、セキュリティ目的）
• ▸Donation data (donor name, amount, optional message) received via Streamlabs / YouTube / PayMedia webhooks
• ▸Shipping & contact details (full name, address, phone, email, parcel locker) — only if you choose to save them to claim a physical reward; stored encrypted and with your explicit consent
• ▸Web-push subscription (if you enable notifications) and passkey credentials (if you register one), to deliver notifications / passwordless sign-in

• ▸コミュニケーション：ポータル内通知（例：「景品に当選しました」）

• ▸Vercel Inc.（米国）——ポータルのホスティング。標準契約条項（SCC）
• ▸Supabase Inc.（フランクフルト、EU）——データベース。eu-central-1 でホスト
• ▸Twitch Interactive Inc. と Discord Inc.——認証用の OAuth プロバイダー
• ▸Streamlabs, PayMedia, YouTube, Steam — donation / super-chat processing and game-stat lookups
• ▸Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processing for portal subscriptions (Standard Contractual Clauses), where enabled
• ▸Emote CDNs (7TV / BTTV / FFZ) — rendering chat emotes (images only, no personal data)
• ▸広告主にデータを販売または共有することはありません

If you sign in with Google, we request the youtube.readonly scope solely to read your YouTube channel's public handle and title at sign-in, so we can show your channel identity on your profile and in the ranking. We do not store your YouTube content, nor share or use this data for any other purpose. Ghost Empire's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• ▸Shipping details: kept until the reward is fulfilled, then deleted — and you can delete them yourself anytime in your profile

• ▸訂正権——不正確なデータを訂正します
• ▸削除権（忘れられる権利）——アカウントと関連するすべてのデータを削除します
• ▸処理の制限権

• ▸苦情を申し立てる権利——UODO 長官へ（https://uodo.gov.pl）

権利を行使するには——Ghost Empire Discord サーバーの管理者にメッセージを送ってください。30日以内に回答します。

当社が使用するもの：

• ▸全トラフィックで HTTPS（TLS 1.3）
• ▸HSTS preload（2年間 https を強制）
• ▸Content Security Policy、X-Frame-Options、Permissions-Policy ヘッダー
• ▸公開エンドポイントのレート制限
• ▸経済操作のためのアトミックなデータベーストランザクション
• ▸すべての管理操作の IP 付き監査ログ
• ▸OAuth パスワードは保存しません——トークンのみを使用します
• ▸Sensitive data (OAuth tokens, shipping details) is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)

ポータルは技術的な cookies（NextAuth セッション）のみを使用します——機能に不可欠です。トラッキング / マーケティング / 分析 cookies は使用しません。

変更はこのページで公開します。重要な変更は Discord で告知します。変更が有効になった後にポータルを利用することは、変更への同意を意味します。
