TERMS

1. These terms set out the rules for using the Ghost Empire portal (hereinafter: Portal) available at ghost-empire-web.vercel.app.
2. The Portal operator is Gh0s77tt — a streamer active on Twitch, Kick and Discord.
3. Using the Portal requires creating an account via OAuth (Twitch or Discord) and accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

1. An account is created automatically on your first OAuth sign-in.
2. Every user receives 500 Ghost Tokens (GT) as a welcome bonus.
3. A user can link multiple platforms (Twitch + Discord) to a single account.
4. Account data (avatar, nickname) is synced with the OAuth provider on every sign-in.
5. The user agrees not to create multiple accounts to bypass limits or abuse the economy.

1. Ghost Tokens are the Portal's internal virtual currency — they have NO monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or resold.
2. GT are earned through activity: Discord messages, voice time, drop codes on live, daily quests, events.
3. GT can only be spent in the Portal shop on rewards (Steam keys, CS2 skins, gifted subs, cosmetics).
4. The Operator reserves the right to change prices, availability and the reward list without prior notice.
5. GT are forfeited when an account is deleted and are non-refundable.
6. Attempts to obtain GT dishonestly (bots, multi-accounts, exploits) result in loss of tokens + a ban.

1. Shop purchases are final — GT are deducted immediately.
2. Physical rewards and game keys are delivered manually — contact via a Discord ticket. Delivery time: up to 7 days.
3. Some rewards have requirements: minimum level, sub tier (T1/T2/T3/OG/DUAL), subscription tenure in months.
4. If a reward cannot be delivered (out of stock, error) — the Operator refunds the GT.
5. Rewards are non-refundable after delivery (Steam keys are irreversible).
6. Physical rewards require you to provide shipping details (name, address, phone, optionally a parcel locker) when you claim them — given with your consent and stored encrypted. Delivery is by post or parcel locker (up to 14 days); after fulfillment the shipping data is deleted. You can review or delete it anytime on your profile.

1. Events (giveaway, raffle, contest, happy_hour) are run by the Operator.
2. Winners are drawn with a cryptographically-secure algorithm (node:crypto.randomInt). The algorithm is fair and open (the code is on GitHub).
3. Raffles: 1 ticket = 1 chance. Each ticket is a separate entry — buying more increases your odds proportionally.
4. A giveaway/raffle win cannot be exchanged for GT or other rewards.
5. Some events have requirements (e.g. “active subscriber”) — checked at draw time.

The following is prohibited:

• ▸Spamming Discord to farm GT
• ▸Using bots, scripts or autoclickers to earn tokens
• ▸Creating multi-accounts, evading bans
• ▸Attempting technical exploits (SQL injection, XSS, brute-forcing drop codes)
• ▸Offensive or illegal content in bio, username or social links
• ▸Exploiting economy bugs (e.g. negative prices) instead of reporting them
• ▸Selling / trading / lending the account to others

1. A violation of the terms results in (at the Operator's discretion): a warning, loss of GT, a temporary ban (1-30 days), a permanent ban.
2. Permanent ban = loss of all GT and unfulfilled rewards.
3. A ban is the Operator's decision and is not subject to appeal, unless there is an obvious misunderstanding.
4. A banned user may reach out via Discord for clarification.

1. The Portal is provided “as is” — the Operator does not guarantee 100% uptime or freedom from bugs.
2. The Operator is NOT liable for outages, loss of GT due to technical errors, DDoS attacks or hosting problems.
3. In case of a system failure the Operator will make efforts to restore the pre-incident state but does not guarantee full compensation.
4. The Portal may be shut down entirely at any time — in which case the Operator gives 30 days' notice.

1. The Operator reserves the right to change these terms.
2. Major changes are announced on Discord 7 days in advance.
3. Using the Portal after changes take effect means accepting them. If you disagree — delete your account.

1. These terms are governed by Polish law.
2. Matters not covered are subject to the Polish Civil Code and GDPR.
3. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Operator's place of residence, unless the Consumer chooses otherwise.
